Gladman Land Appeal

Gladman Land have appealed the planning departments decision to refuse permission to build 150 homes on Weston Road.
The appeal will be heard in December.
If you did not write a letter of objection to the application and you now wish to do so you can but have to have it submitted before the 27th September 2017.

The Council have forwarded all the representations submitted on the application to the Planning Inspectorate and the appellant. These will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal.

If you wish to make comments, or modify/withdraw your previous representation, you can do so online at
or by emailing

All representations must quote the appeal reference APP/F1040/W/17/3181622.

All representations must be received by 27/09/2017. Any representations submitted after the deadline will not usually be considered and will be returned. The Planning Inspectorate does not acknowledge representations. They will, however, ensure that letters received by the deadline are passed on to the Inspector dealing with the appeal. Please note that any representations you submit to the Planning Inspectorate will be copied to the appellant and the Council and will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal.
