It has come to our attention that a planning application has been submitted to SDDC called The Triangle, for the provision of a Recreation playing field with pitches, pavilion, allotments and car parking.
This is an area designated as Green Belt but which can be used for recreational purposes.
It was granted Outline Planning Permission in 2015 so it is likely to go ahead but some of you may wish to look into it and submit comments in the usual way.
As you will see from the map within the application the site is on our side of the A6 spur road opposite Elvaston Castle gates on London Road.
